Iodine-127 - stable Isotope

The nuclear products (Radionuclides) from the Fission of Uranium U-235 or of Plutonium 239 Pu (Actinide series Ac ), are numerous and their decay radioactive (half-life, referred to as T in which the elements lose half of their mass) varies from a few seconds to a few thousands to millions of years.

Our biology and mostly our DNA (the master builder of our engineerie protein) is not produced chemically according to a model that can withstand radiation "hard" : X,Y (gamma) and UV, close to the x-rays.

Iodine, a trace element essential to life, regulates the functioning of the thyroid gland. The thyroid is a small gland located at the base of the neck. It is used to synthesize the thyroid hormones, necessary for the regulation of the metabolism, that is to say, the functioning of cells and organs.

The element Iodine is used to make thyroid hormones, including thyroxine. If Iodine is lacking, the body can go awry and lead to negative consequences for the balance and well-being of the organization. The Iodine is used to regulate the growth process and vital functions such as energy consumption, body temperature, heart rate... If the thyroid is not supplied with iodine, it cannot produce the amount of hormones sufficient. It can then accelerate its production, and grows up to form a goitre.

The thyroid hormone (and the Iodine) are essential for the well-being of the body throughout life and, most particularly, in the formation of the nervous system, in the fetal stage and puberty. Any deficiency in Iodine can cause stunted growth, and various mental disorders.

Iodine is also in high blood pressure and the obesities to type thyroid, because it increases the metabolism, stimulates the elimination of waste and the resistance to poisoning.

Iodine has an antiseptic action and antifungal, and enhances all sclerosis organic : arteriosclerosis, rheumatism and arthritic diseases.

In pediatrics, it is stated in the lymphatisme, growth disorders and frostbite, as well as in all viral diseases (with Copper and Silver).

- Has the production of thyroid hormones and the proper functioning of the thyroid gland
