With PayPal as means of payment to settle a purchase, in Switzerland, in France as abroad, if you do not receive your order, you will be refunded the total amount of the transaction, including shipping costs.

To benefit from this protection the following main conditions :

• PayPal protects the material goods eligible that can be shipped. The property and non-material (digital goods, software downloads, services, etc.) and objects handed over are not covered.
• You must report your dispute within 45 days after your purchase and meet the deadlines for complaint.
• The total amount of the purchase must be paid at once.

As the case may be, a proof of shipment or proof of delivery will be requested from the seller. If it is unable to provide this proof, the refund will be made.

How does it work?

The authentication process will depend on your bank.
After filling in the usual information relating to the use of your card (holder's name, card number, expiration date, three digit security code), you are transferred on to your bank's website.
A supplementary seizure is then requested. It is a function of the bank in which you find yourself, such as for example:
- your date of birth
- a code received by sms or by phone
- a code to find in a grid provided by your bank
- a personal information agreed between you and your bank
