Tuning forks C & G 256 Hz to 385 Hz (C-g) harmony universal

The tuning forks C & G are perfect to start your learning, they are also known to harmonize the entire body. Based on the Pythagorean scale, they create the special interval called a Fifth in the therapy sound. The Fifth is drawn as a pentagram 5-star in sacred geometry.

The 5-pointed star represents the sacred geometry of the body in movement, and the movement of energy in the body.

Lao Tzeu has also called this interval the sound of universal harmony, the balance between the forces of Yin and Yang. In India, the fifth is supposed to create a sound through which Shiva Shakti is called to the dance of life.

Instructions

Take the tuning forks by the stem and strike it gently on your knees or with your rubber mallet. Near the forks of the flag of each ear, and adjust the distance (learn how to do it by testing it on yourself). Keep a distance of about two inches between the forks and the ears.
